Belinda began her career in the medical industry, providing business practice consultation to medical offices with a focus on decreasing expenses while improving patient care quality. With a demonstrated strength in identifying and streamlining inefficient processes, Belinda developed her project management capabilities and over the next decade worked as a senior project manager and a director in the healthcare, finance, engineering, and technology sectors. Belinda was instrumental in the development of a comprehensive software development methodology employed by multiple clients. Over her career, Belinda has managed more than $1 billion in project endeavors, with teams and on-site experience in more than ten countries, earning multiple recognitions and awards. Her rigorous project management maturity evaluation was rolled out to more than 500 project managers in the United States, Europe, and India. Belinda has assisted numerous companies in the development of their own methodology and has helped introduce and integrate Agile into their approach.
